Before I go into detail about my body and what I did to get in the best shape of my life, I want to go on record and say that I didn't look at my body and think that I was overweight. And I wasn't unhappy with the way I looked . I simply wanted to be a more toned version of myself.
I also realized that I was really, really weak. I considered myself to be an athletic person who had just dropped off when it came to working out, but didn't realize how weak not working out had made me. So, you can imagine how doing burpees, pull-ups, and planks looked like for me.
Personal Growth
As some of you might have already notice I’ve been doing A LOT of personal growth. In life, Health, Fitness, Love and everything in between! . So I’ve decided to share it with all of you guys since I’ve been getting a lot of messages and questions about what I have been doing! I’ve received so many beautiful messages from some people and that’s what gave me to push to do this. If I can help anyone, even someone I don’t know then why not right☺️.
Everyone is going through a journey that’s going towards where there really want to be and they want to become. This is just simply mine🌹.
It’s a Lifestyle
It’s not a diet. It’s a lifestyle. Not just for one day, but for every day. Not just to feel good in dress 👗, but to feel good in my skin. Not for the beach, but for my mind. Not for a competition, but for THE competition for myself to become a better version of myself.

I’m also a MSW who help clients navigate the complicated social system (Mental Health, Substance abuse, Medication Adherence, Housing, Entitlements, Medical). I have a great compassion for people who are unable to benefit from the opportunities that our society presents to the greater population.
